Function Description:
The HR Generalist is responsible for managing and supporting the organization’s recruiting process, including sourcing candidates, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. This position partners closely with hiring managers and the HR team to attract qualified candidates, provide a positive candidate experience, and ensure positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, this position provides administrative support for key HR processes, including maintaining employee records, HRIS administration, reporting and other employee lifecycle activities. This role supports the organization’s NMLS requirements through enrolling essential employees, maintaining records, administering the annual renewal process and leading the annual audit process.
Reports to: Director - Human Resources
Supervisory or Managerial Responsibility: None
Contacts: On a routine basis interacts with internal staff, managers, and executives. Auditors, examiners, government agencies, and vendors.

2-3 years in Human Resources, recruiting experience required |
