10/19/2026Responsible for assigned operational items in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), applicable configuration and maintenance, technical support, and customer service. This position will support schools with staffing, licensure, and recruiting questions. Additionally, this position will help support staff members with Workday questions.The following statements are illustrative of the essential functions of the job and other key duties that may be required. Reports consistently for work as scheduled

Attains proficient or higher evaluations on established Performance Standards
Answers telephone and greets visitors, providing information and routing inquiries as appropriate
Attends professional meetings, seminars, and workshops
Creates and maintains HRIS information including confidential data
Develops and maintains reporting information and works closely with the Director for Human Resources to ensure applicable compliance items
Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, policies, procedures, and practices
Enters data into the HRIS and makes changes as requested
Interprets and explains district HRIS best practices, requirements, and procedures
Maintains and provides requested communications
Makes data and information corrections
Manages assigned HRIS processes and related data
Participates as a member of the HRIS team to collaboratively work other members of the Human Resources team as well as other department members
Provides assistance to Human Resources, departmental, and school staff
Recommends HRIS procedures and modifications to existing practices to ensure a smooth and effective operation
Refers issues and concerns to a Director for Human Resources as applicable
Responds promptly to inquiries and ensures that appropriate action is taken
Works on special projects and directly assists the Director for Human Resources and the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources as directed
