Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Specialist

Job Summary: | Join the Facilities Management team as a Human Resources Business Partner or Human Resources Specialist and play a key role in supporting the employees who keep our campuses running smoothly. Based at the Anschutz Medical Campus and Denver Campus, these positions work closely with the Associate Vice Chancellor, Directors, Managers, Supervisors, and the Human Resources Department to coordinate, execute, and enhance a wide range of HR processes. Responsibilities include managing and ensuring payroll accuracy; coordinating hiring activities, onboarding, and new employee orientation; maintaining current vacancy rosters and organizational charts; supporting performance management initiatives; maintaining accurate and timely employee data in PeopleSoft and other HRIS systems; coordinating health and drug screenings; managing the Facilities student employment program; maintaining departmental personnel files; processing Workers’ Compensation and Family and Medical Leave documentation; assisting with policy and procedure development; and supporting special projects as assigned. This role is ideal for a collaborative, detail-oriented professional who values accuracy, organization, and exceptional customer service while creating a positive and seamless employee experience.

Work Location: | Hybrid – this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of 3 days per week on campus and as needed for in-person meetings. Facilities Management is over the Anschutz Medical Campus and Denver Campus. This role may be required to report in person on both campuses.
